    ben bu harektelei fazla yaptim ve farkini gordum barfix cesitleri (genis,dar,normal,muscle up),şınav(elmas ,tek kol) l-sit oldukça gerekli dips agırlıkla yaparsan dipsi fark yaratirsın
    ve son hareketler statik dueus hareketleri en onemlileri(plache,front lever,back lever,bayrak durusu vb…) bu haraketlerde ustalasmani tavsiye ederim
