Ingredients

3 carrots
15 hazelnuts
1 and a half cups of oatmeal
1 teaspoon unsweetened peanut butter
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
half a cup of milk

Method

First, we grate our 3 carrots finely. After grating, add half a glass of water and cook. After the carrots begin to soften, we set them aside and wait for them to cool. We throw our hazelnuts and oats into the blender and grind until they become flour. We take a bowl. Add honey, peanut butter and cinnamon to it. We add our milk slowly according to its consistency. Finally, we add carrots and all our ingredients to the mixture. We throw the mixture of all the ingredients back into the blender and pull it well. Finally, we round off our mortar little by little. We decorate them with nutmeg. We keep it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes and our snacks are ready. Bon Appetit.
