2 cups oatmeal
2 liters of water
2 cups ground dried mulberry
1 teaspoon crushed hazelnuts
1 teaspoon of walnuts
1 cup of boiled dried beans
1 cup boiled chickpeas
2 handfuls of dried apricots
1 teaspoon of raisins

Method

Of course, the first thing we need to do is boil the oats and legumes. We put water in separate pots for all of them and leave it to boil. We throw our dried mulberries into the blender and grind them until they become flour. When our oats start to swell, we add our dried mulberry flour. Then we add the boiled chickpeas, dry beans and all the ingredients that are waiting on the side. We mix it well. We have to be careful that it does not harden too much because it will solidify as it cools. We close the bottom and when it gets warm, we start putting it in our bowls.
